Eligibility for Returns:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within [7] days of the delivery date. 
- Condition: Artwork must be returned in its original condition, free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear. 
- Packaging: Artwork must be returned in its original packaging or adequately protected packaging to prevent damage during transit. 
- Original Documentation: All original certificates of authenticity, artist information, and accompanying materials must be returned. 
- Custom or Commissioned Pieces: Please note that custom or commissioned artwork is generally non-returnable, as it is created specifically for you. Exceptions may be made for damage during shipping or defects in craftsmanship. 
Return Process:

- Provide your order number, the title of the artwork, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. 
- Please include any supporting photos of damage if applicable. 
 
- Return Authorization: - If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. 
 
- Secure Packaging: - Carefully repackage the artwork in its original packaging or use professional-grade packaging materials to ensure safe transit. 
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. 
 
- Shipment: - Ship the artwork using a reputable carrier with tracking and insurance. 
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage during shipping or a defect in the artwork. 
 
- Inspection and Processing: - Upon receipt, we will inspect the artwork to verify its condition. 
- If the artwork is in its original condition, a refund or exchange will be processed within [10] business days. 
 
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the original shipping costs. 
- Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued. 
- Damaged Artwork: If the artwork arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. 
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or commissioned artwork (unless damaged or defective). 
- Digital downloads. 
- Items not returned in their original condition.
