Artwork: There Is Room For Fresh Creations
Artist: Adam Bridgland
Medium: Acrylic on vintage lid
Dimensions: 36 × 43 cm
Presentation: Framed
There Is Room For Fresh Creations transforms a vintage mosaic box lid with bold black and white lettering and layers of vibrant paint. Bright pink, yellow, red and blue marks overlap the original patterned packaging, while its printed wording and worn edges remain visible.
The message takes on a playful significance on packaging once made to hold creative materials, giving an everyday object a fresh purpose. Presented in a black frame against a pale backing, preserving the lid’s distinctive shape and character.
